    VERY DISAPPOINTED I have had several great meals here. But today's experience was horrible. Every thing on the buffet was cold. Told waitress and she was like I will go microwave it. NOT, Then cashing out I had explained to the lady at the cashier she was like microwave it and it would be HOT. I told her if I wanted microwave food I would have ate at home..Still had to pay full price and I didn't even eat mine.

    The best Chinese restaurant I’ve ate at other than perhaps Hop Kee in NYC. Classic, timeless, and consistent. Since I’ve moved out of state I’ve found myself driving the seven hours a few times down to Lufkin just to eat at Chen’s. Highly recommended. The buffet is amazing but when you order from the menu it’s like unlocking a cheat code in a Nintendo game.

    Well Now!! I ordered some chicken Lomein, Pepper Steak and sesame seed Honey chicken OMG.. The Food Taste like someone just add what look like chicken lomein, The Lomein was fettuccine pasta substituted Lomein The Pepper Steak was not Steak it was Bottom round beef, Beef yes but not a steak it was a substituted for the steak, and the Honey Chicken wasn't no damn chicken it was chicken skin battered make it look like Honey chicken, The chicken was substituted with chicken skin...From 1-10 be 10 excellent, I rated it a 2 rating..Thank you for your Time..!!

    Been a customer, as many have, for decades & am so disappointed today. Haven’t been able to afford, my once favorite Chinese restaurant for about 4 mos. but splurged & got drive thru for my birthday. Was the worst meal I’ve had there in 30 yrs. But what was worse than that, when I called to let them know the vegetables were hard as a rock, not cooked, the response was “Sorry, see you next time”. Won’t see me next time.
